By taking large content of protein instead of fats and carbohydrates will help to reduce our weight.It was revealed by the research on animal.

There is no changes in the apetite system when the nutrition requirement is balanced and satisfied.But many foods does not have a blanced amount of protiens and carbohydrates.

When we take fats and carbohydrates in right proportion it will balance the 20% of need of proteins. Spider monkeys,orang utans, humans should prefer proeins instead of fats and carbohydrates, it was the reason for the increase of obesity cases in the wetern world.

Professor Raubenhime had gave a suggestion to avoid processed foods, whilst, he also mentioned that no people had avoided the ultra processed foods in recent days. These ultra processed foods were made from the industrial sugars, starches and salts, which make us to consume it more and more.
