UNHEALTHY FOODS OR JUNG FOODS
Most of us use a packet of chips and a chilled soda for our instant energy.We used to prefer something sweet and sugary in stressed and pressurised time.
But most of didn't know that it was nature of food, which makes u as a addict to unhealthy food and which is named as jung food.
We are just attracted by its packaging even before knowing that we are just just having the unhealthy fats, salts and sugars.
Now we can have a look of some unhealthy jung foods.
Processed baked foods: A whole pack of bunched foods mostly contain a compound called fructose corn syrup which can cause repercussions as equally as drug abuse.
It is also contain refined flour which is harmful to human health.
Soda drinks: It is a combination of addictive receipe which includes high fructose corn syrup and caffine. Continuos consumption of these drinks may affect teeth and bones.
Caffine may also damage the central nervous system which can cause physical dependence.
Potato chips: Some of us have becamed slaves for the potato chips enriched with sodium and oil.
But according to scientists, when we are taking that chips, our body will send some signals to nervous system and make us to consume it more.
French Fries: Few of us used to take greasy potato fries, but we doen't know that it will affect our brain just like the ciggarates and drugs.
It contains high level of salts which gives the temptation to eat.
Ice creams: Most of the people love to take ice creams, but we didn't know that it is an jung food with full of fats, calories, frutose corn syrup.
White bread: The white bread consists of more carbohydrates wher used to prepare cakes, pastas etc may cause ur body unhealthy, given by the American journal of clinical nutrition.
It also make us to feel more hunger.
Chewing Gum: Some people will prefer chewing gum to reduce hunger.
